To claim warranty on an item, you must have the original receipt or online order details from which the garment was purchased.

Our warranty has you covered for 12 months from the date of purchase, when purchased from 2XU. If your product was purchased from a 2XU authorized retail partner, please contact the partner to make your warranty claim.

Where allowed by law, the our warranty does not apply to purchases from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
