Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
- If the products you receive are not what you expected you have up to 30 days to make a return. Please send [email protected] an email with your order number and reason for returning your item and the customer service team will be able to assist you.
How do I return my product/s?
- Returns for online purchases can be made by sending an email to [email protected] Please in your email include your order number and the reason you are wanting to send your product/s back to us. The customer service team will advise if a return can be made and will send you a label if your return reason is valid and accepted.
Can I return a final sale / clearance item?
- All final sale and clearance items can not be returned for change of mind reasons. There is a written warning in bold writing underneath the product's size grid when an item can not be returned for change of mind reasons.
I believe my product is faulty, what can I do?
- Please email [email protected] for any faulty / warranty claims. In the email provide your order number and explain why your product is faulty. The customer service team will then reply and send you a claims form that must be completely filled out. Upon completion, the claim will be assessed by our team.
Returns Policy
- All Orders placed on the 17th of November through to the 31st of December 2022 will have an extended return period window of 60 days for change of mind reasons.
- We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:
- A full price item purchased at 2XU online.
-Returned within 30 days of purchase.
-In original purchased condition with tags attached.
-In original & undamaged packaging.
-Has not been worn.
-Not underwear or socks
