Order taking longer than expected?Updated 12 hours ago

Sometimes, there can be a delay in getting your parcel to you. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email us at [email protected] so we can help investigate and do everything we can to get your gear to you.

You are also able, as the receiver, to enquire about your parcel with NZ Post for confirmation of shipment. They are able to advise you status of the shipment, and will be able to identify any unusual tracking movements.
