In your email, be sure to include:
Your order number
A detailed description of the fault
Our team will respond with a claims form, which must be fully completed. Once submitted, your claim will be assessed by our team.
Please note:
We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine the cause and outcome of the claim.
For products purchased in-store, please return to the original place of purchase to initiate your warranty claim. A proof of purchase (receipt) will be required.
