What are Compression Levels? 

  • We identify 4 different levels of compression these include: 
  • Mild - suitable for training activity (15-20 mmHg).
  • Moderate - suitable for running or training activity (20-23 mmHg).
  • Firm - suitable for high intensity exercise, running (23-25 mmHg).
  • Extra Firm - suitable for recovery (25-28 mmHg).
