What are Compression Levels?
- We identify 4 different levels of compression these include:
- Mild - suitable for training activity (15-20 mmHg).
- Moderate - suitable for running or training activity (20-23 mmHg).
- Firm - suitable for high intensity exercise, running (23-25 mmHg).
- Extra Firm - suitable for recovery (25-28 mmHg).
